- An adult signature is required upon delivery of any wine shipments. We strongly recommend delivery to a business address rather than a home address, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses due to signature requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect violation of this eligibility requirement or any applicable laws.
2. User Accounts
- To access certain features (e.g., flash sales and wine club subscriptions), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
3. Purchases and Flash Sales
- All purchases are subject to availability, pricing at the time of order, and applicable taxes/shipping fees. Flash sales are time-limited and may have quantity restrictions.
- We partner with Northern California vineyards, wineries, and related businesses to offer premium wines and experiences at great savings. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California to most states where direct-to-consumer (DTC) wine shipping is permitted by law. We comply with federal and state alcohol shipping regulations; shipments are not available to prohibited or restricted states (e.g., Utah, or states with volume limits). It is your responsibility to confirm that your state allows DTC wine shipments. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping is not permitted.
- The credit card on file will be charged at the time of shipment, including the retail value minus any discounts, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.
4. Wine Club (If Applicable)
- There is no fee to join the Napa707 Wine Club. Membership is perpetual until canceled and offers discounted shipments of select Northern California wines.
- Shipments are charged to your credit card two weeks before sending, varying by selection, discounts, taxes, and shipping. You may pick up shipments at designated locations with prior arrangement.
- You may cancel in writing after receiving two (2) shipments. Cancellations prior to two shipments require reimbursement of discounts received. If a shipment has been sent but not received before cancellation, you are responsible for payment.
- Members may suspend shipments; contact us for assistance. Address changes must be provided in writing at least two weeks before a ship date. We are not responsible for shipping charges due to misdirected packages after three delivery attempts.
5. Returns and Cancellations
- We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed (e.g., corked), or unsatisfactory. Return the unfinished portion for processing. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless flawed, or for orders placed in error.
- Contact us at info@napa707.com to arrange returns. Upon receipt, we will refund your credit card (less shipping/handling unless due to our error) or issue a replacement.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to canceled orders. For experiences or events (e.g., tastings via partners), cancellations more than one week in advance are fully refundable; less than one week are non-refundable.
